Fosroc Conbextra PM

Fosroc Conbextra PM is a pre-blended thixotropic mortar designed for pump or hand application in a single pack format. Its thixotropic nature means it remains stable and workable during pumping but holds its position once placed, making it well suited to gap-filling in precast concrete where flowable grouts would be impractical. The pre-blended formulation eliminates site batching variations, and part packs can be mixed where smaller quantities are needed.

Good to know

• Minimum application thickness: 10mm
• Maximum grain size: 0.75mm
• Mix ratio: 3.1–3.3 litres water per 20kg bag
• Approximate yield: 10.5 litres per 20kg bag
• Do not use below +3°C
• Bags are not waterproof, store in dry conditions
• Compressive strength: 36 MPa at 1 day / 54 MPa at 7 days / 60 MPa at 28 days (w/p 0.16)not waterproof, store in dry conditions
• Material should be tooled or cut back to the required profile whilst still wet.
