Everbuild Black Jack 902 Bitumen & Flashing Primer

Everbuild Black Jack 902 Bitumen & Flashing Primer is a thin, fast-drying black primer used to key porous, absorbent or aged surfaces prior to the application of bituminous surface coatings, roof paints and self-adhesive flashing tapes. It penetrates into the surface and forms a thin black bituminous film that dramatically improves adhesion of subsequent coatings including Black Jack 901, 905, and Black Jack Flashing Tape. Suitable for concrete roofs and floors, cementitious screeds, bitumen felt, asphalt, mastic, and weathered corrugated iron and steel. Apply by brush or spray and allow to dry thoroughly before applying the next coat. Fast drying, solvent-based formula.

Good to know

• Allow to dry completely before applying the next coating (do not apply wet over wet)
  
• Apply thinly and evenly; avoid pooling or ponding, especially on spray applications
  
• With fibre cement or rag felt, apply generously to fully saturate the surface
  
• Clean tools with white spirit immediately after use
  
• Keep away from sources of ignition, contains flammable solvent (flashpoint 40°C)
  
• Store in tightly sealed containers between +5°C and +30°C
