Everbuild B1 Gun Grade Fire Foam

Everbuild B1 Gun Grade Fire Foam is a quick setting, fire rated, one-part polyurethane foam for use with an Everbuild Professional Foam Gun. Expanding up to 50 times the can contents, it fills irregular gaps, fixes framework and provides insulation and sound deadening. Suitable for fire rated walls, window and door frames, electrical wire chasing and deep joints. Cured foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over in one hour. Meets DIN 4102 Part 1 Class B1 and BS 476 Part 20, with fire ratings of up to 4 hours achievable in certain joint configurations. Available in 750ml tins.

Good to know

• Requires an Everbuild Professional Foam Gun for use
• Shake can well before use (approximately 20 times)
• Always use can upside down
• Moisten surfaces with water before application to assist curing
• Only partially fill cavities as foam will expand to fill the remaining space
• Tack free in 7 to 9 minutes
• Cutting time approximately 13 to 14 minutes for a 20mm bead
• When fixing door frames, supports must be used until foam is fully cured
• Remove excess uncured foam with EVERBUILD® Foam Cleaner, cured foam must be removed mechanically
• Always purge gun thoroughly with EVERBUILD® Foam Cleaner before storage
• Apply between +5°C and +30°C, optimum temperature +20°C
• Store upright between +20°C and +25°C, away from sunlight
• Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C
• Do not pierce or burn the can even after use
• Store as flammable liquid
• Shelf life 12 months in original containers at stated storage temperatures
