Everbuild B2 Gun Grade Fire Foam

Everbuild B2 Gun Grade Fire Foam is a quick setting, fire rated, one-part polyurethane foam for use with a professional foam gun. Expanding up to 50 times the can contents, it fills irregular gaps, fixes framework and provides insulation and sound deadening, with a higher degree of fire resistance than standard B3 grade foams. Cured foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over in one hour. Fire rated up to 2 hours in certain joint configurations based on EN 1366-4. For maximum fire rating use in conjunction with Everbuild Firemate intumescent sealant. Available in 750ml pressurised canisters.

Good to know

• Requires a professional foam gun for use
• For maximum fire rating use in conjunction with Everbuild Firemate intumescent sealant
• Shake can well before use (approximately 20 times)
• Always use can upside down
• Moisten surfaces with water before application to assist curing
• Only partially fill cavities as foam will expand to fill the remaining space
• Tack free in approximately 8 minutes
• Cutting time 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on bead dimensions
• When fixing door frames, supports must be used until foam is fully cured
• Remove excess uncured foam with Everbuild Foam Cleaner, cured foam must be removed mechanically
• Always purge gun thoroughly with Everbuild Foam Cleaner before storage
• Apply between +5°C and +30°C, optimum temperature +20°C
• Store upright between +20°C and +25°C, away from sunlight
• Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C
• Do not pierce or burn the can even after use
• Store as flammable liquid
• Shelf life 12 months in original containers at stated storage temperatures
