Everbuild EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure

EVERBUILD EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure is a three-part general purpose repair mortar based on epoxy resin technology. Formulated to withstand chemicals, impact and abrasion, it delivers greater physical strength than conventional cementitious systems and can be laid in thin sections. Suitable for repairing concrete, screeds, stone, brick and steel in demanding domestic and industrial situations, it is ideal for floors, steps, walkways, ramps, pipes, kerbs, sills and cracks in masonry and concrete. With a pot life of 20 to 25 minutes at +20°C, it reaches a compressive strength of 50 N/mm² at 24 hours and 58 N/mm² at 28 days. Certified under EN 1504-3:2005 Principle 3, Method 3.1. Available in 4kg and 14kg plastic tubs.

Good to know

• Three-part product ensure all parts are mixed together thoroughly before use
• Pot life 20 to 25 minutes at +20°C
• Do not traffic for 24 hours after application
• Final cure 7 days
• Apply and cure between +4°C and +40°C, do not apply below +4°C
• Ensure surfaces are free from flaking material, dust, rust and grease before application
• Saw or chisel edges to a defined area to a depth of 3mm
• When applying to steel, shot blast, grind or emery to a bright finish and remove all residues
• Clean tools with finishing solvent or white spirit
• 4kg covers approximately 0.6 m² at 3mm depth
• 14kg covers approximately 2.1 m² at 3mm depth
• Shelf life 24 months from date of manufacture
• Store between +5°C and +25°C away from direct sunlight in original containers
• Available in 4kg and 14kg plastic tubs
