Description
Novia Aluminium Foil Tape is a 30-micron single-sided lap sealing tape featuring a high-tack cold-weather solvent acrylic adhesive. It is designed for use in Air & Vapour Control Layer (AVCL), Damp Proof Membrane (DPM), and Radon Gas Barrier applications to complete a dual-tape sealing system. The tape provides a low-emissivity and low-moisture-vapour-permeability seal, ensuring continuity against gas, air, and water vapour ingress. It is BS 476 tested (Class O) and suitable for installation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C. Available on NBS Chorus and NBS Source.

Good to know

- For applications requiring additional tensile strength on the final lap seal, Novia Metallised BOPP Tape is an alternative consideration
