Description
Novia Ultraviolet Lap Tape (UVLT) is a single-sided sealing and bonding tape with a high strength acrylic dispersion adhesive, elastic LDPE-film carrier and reinforcement scrim. Specifically suited for open facade UV breather membrane applications where high UV resistance is required, with 24 months UV stability in open rainscreen applications with maximum joint widths up to 30mm where up to 40% of the total membrane area is exposed. Also suitable for overlaps and joints on breather membranes in standard roof applications where additional UV resistance is desired. Seals membrane overlaps against external environmental conditions and improves airtightness. Should be used in conjunction with Novia Double Sided Lap Tape (DSLT) for a fully complete seal. Available on NBS Chorus and NBS Source. Supplied as a 75mm x 25m roll.
